Great info, Metric! I was surprised that atheists led the pack for unfavorable feelings. I guess I shouldn't be though. I thought a Christian sect would have a higher unfavorable opinion due to actual anti-sermons and traditional negative feelings towards members.(I'm in Oklahoma.)

Vice-versa, I thought atheists wouldn't care very much because there is no higher power in their minds so I assumed they would be more open to people doing whatever they want.

Thanks for reading. I see what you're saying about atheists... my thought was atheists are more common now than they were before (20 years ago) meaning many people who are atheist today maybe were raised with another religion that they may now have negative feelings towards.

I hadn't thought of the anti-sermon thing until your comment, but looking at the first chart made by pew, mainline protestants are higher net positive toward Mormons than evangelicals by about 10 percentage points. This is surprising because Evangelicals are much more Republican than Mainline these days and Republicans are one of the most positive groups towards Mormons. So, I think(?) evangelicals are more likely to do anti-sermons than mainline, so maybe that's whats going on there 🤷‍♂️
